Naked Poetry is like a glass of wine on a cool summer night and Paul Childers voice pulls you into a blanket of warmth and comfort. Through out Naked poetry, guitar and drums keep you feeling upbeat. The smooth piano in other parts relaxes you into a state of Zen. The album starts smooth upbeat and jazzy; but works its way into a slower charming feel. With modern lyrics, Paul could not give this album a better name, his undressed raw naked thoughts and feelings turned into words and medleys, putting his heart into his music for all to hear. You will find yourself tapping your foot before you know it and will even make you want to dance a little with that special someone. Paul Childers' debut album is very impressive and makes me look forward to what may come next.
