Monday's featured single - Boca Llena by Y La Bamba

Earlier this month, Portland-based Y La Bamba released their fifth album Mujeres on Tender Loving Empire Records. Mexican-American singer-songwriter Luz Elena Medoza continues to flourish in her role blending Latin influence with an ethereal dream-pop like sound. These Latin beats and rhythms coupled with eccentric indie guitar riffs make for an absolutely enjoyable result. “Boca Llena” is the bands third single off of the LP – a definite foot-tapper with a deep bass groove showcasing a powerful lyrical message.
